Ordering and Receiving your Beef:
Since we only have a limited supply of meat available, we ask that you use the following procedure to order the meat.
* To place an order, simply fill out the order form indicating your order at the bottom of this page. We will contact you to confirm your order after we have ensured that your order can be fulfilled.
*Effective July 2020 we will no longer be delivering to the Portland area.*
Our prices for 2024, based on hanging weight, are as follows:
* Whole Beef $3.85/pound
* Half Beef $3.90/pound
* Split Half $3.95/pound

Because we have a limited supply of meat available, and do sell out each year, we require a deposit be paid at the time we reserve your meat for you. The required deposits are as follows:
* Whole Beef $200
* Half Beef $100
* Split Half Beef $50.00
If something should happen that we are not able to supply your meat, your deposit will be promptly refunded to you. On the other hand, should you decide not to go through with your purchase, the deposit is nonrefundable. We have to do it this way so we can count on the orders we receive as being reliable, as we often run out of meat, and turning someone away is something we really hate to do, especially if in the end we have meat available because someone backs out of an order. We hope you understand our situation.
Our expected bulk harvest dates for next year are as follows:
* Beef: Spring – May 15 to July 30
* Beef: Fall – August 20 to October 15
* Pork: Fall – August 20 to October 15
One week prior to harvest, we will contact you via email or telephone to confirm you still want the meat.
At the time of harvest, you will be contacted via email with the hanging weight of the meat, and a bill for the balance due. This payment is due prior to the time you pick up the meat. We accept payment via PayPal or check. You will also be given instructions on how to contact the processor with specific processing instructions.
